Christmas shipping recommended final order date for arrival by the 24th December. Please place all orders by the 18th of December to guarantee despatch for a feasible delivery on or before 24th December. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; delays are occasionally inevitable due to unseen factors. This Is It Stores shall be under no liability for any delay or delivery failure within these timescales as they are ‘estimated’ and delivery services are carried out by third party suppliers.
Christmas and the New Year despatch for orders placed on and between 21rd December 2012 and the 31st of January 2013. This is it stores will despatch all website orders placed after 12 noon on the 20th of December on the 21st of December. Any orders placed after 12 noon on the 21st of December and placed on the 22nd/23rd/24th/25th/26th December will be despatched on the 27th and 28th of December. Any orders placed on This Is It Stores website after noon on the 28th and on the 29th/30th/31st of December, 1st and 2nd of January will be despatched on the 3rd and the 4th of January 2013. We will not be shipping on the 2nd of January 2013; orders received on the 2nd and all orders received before 12 noon on the 3rd will be shipped on the 3rd and all other orders will be shipped on the 4th of January 2013. Normal delivery and despatch will resume from the 7th January 2013. |
Any items that exceed weight or volume restrictions by our external couriers may need to pay an extra fee at the discretion of This Is It Stores. A member of staff will contact you shortly after an order has been placed if the items will exceed a shipping rate of £24.
Our Main Delivery providers are Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Yodel & City Link.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.

Once an order has been dispatched – you may cancel an order if your order has been processed incorrectly, incorrectly dispatched and/or deemed faulty. Please refer to the Returns section

In case any fraudulent activity is detected on the website, or, without limitation, in connection with the breach of intellectual property rights through the use of the website, we may release personal information in order to comply with any applicable regulation or assert our rights as well as our business partners.
We can only currently deliver large pieces of furniture to UK Mainland addresses, if your delivery address is for any Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channels Islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland we will cancel your order. You will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Delivery for selected pieces of furniture will be deliverd via a 3rd party courier service. As this service requires a "2 Man" delivery our dispatch team will call you once we receive your order to arrange a suitable delivery date. We can normally arrange a delivery date within 5-10 working days of contacting you (dependant on peak times of the year).
If we have been provided with your mobile telephone number you will receive a SMS message the day before your order to confirm whether the delivery will take place AM (7am-12pm) or PM (12pm-6pm). Alternatively the confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address (if provided).
When delivery takes place with our courier they will place the item into a room of your choice. The item(s) will come fully packaged and this will be your repsonibility to unpackage. Please ensure that you have measured your doors, hallways, corridoors and room space prior to ordering the furniture. Allow measurements gaps to turn products in small spaces, if you unsure please contact our This Is It Stores sales team on 0845 519 1599.
Once we have arranged the delivery date you will only be able to cancel the order at least 2 days prior to the delivery date, please do so by calling our This Is It Stores dispatch team on 0845 519 1599. If you wish to re-arrange this date to later date we must be informed at least 1 day prior to the delivery date, please do so by calling our This Is It Stores dispatch team on 0845 519 1599.
PLEASE NOTE: If nobody is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery the couriers will take the item(s) back to their depot. In this case you will be charged for a re-delivery (the same delivery charge as invoiced). This includes a change of mind and the item being returned to our warehouse.

Same day dispatch applies to orders made online at www.thisisitstores.co.uk before 1pm, Monday to Friday (business days) and excludes bank holidays.
We can only aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse or from a store but it is not a guarantee.
